Tahoe Truckee Earth Day Festival

Earth Day is officially Wednesday, April 22nd this year but The Tahoe Truckee Earth Day Festival will be held at Squaw Valley on Saturday, April 18th.  The event is put on as a volunteer run, non-profit festival to recognize, celebrate and promote the region’s unique beauty. 

Year after year this educational experience has been a hit for all ages.  With live music, kids activities, art, raffle with exciting prizes and everyone’s favorite, a “Trashion show".  See the works of art as individuals create fashion out of ‘trash’.

Enjoy the last weekend of spring skiing at Squaw Valley in the morning and celebrate Mother Earth in the afternoon.  With the peaks of Squaw Valley in the background it's easy to appreciate what nature has blessed us with here in Tahoe.
