Backyard BBQ Grand Opening

A new dinning option will be opening tomorrow at the Ritz Carlton, Lake Tahoe at Northstar. Come join us for the Grand Opening to see what it's all about! There will be live music by the local Jeff Jones Band, drink specials will be flowing and a full menu served to fill you up after a day of skiing this fresh snow (yes! It's snowing right now!)
This new al fresco dinning establishment is located on the back patio f the Ritz Carlton, Lake Tahoe. The Backyard Bar and BBQ will offer guests a new year-round casual dinning experience with ski in/ski-out outdoor dinning in the winter and poolside convenience during the summer.
I am excited to try all the new things out on the menu. It all sounds good! The BBQ selection highlights St. Louis smoked ribs, brisket and pulled pork platters cooked with an on-site smoker and house made BBQ sauces. Other options are wood-fired oven-baked pizzas, traditional burgers and bratwurst. All complimented by saloon-inspired cocktails, local craft beer selection or a warm hot coco.
