Marg's World Taco Bistro will be downtown's newest eatery.
Starting out in Denver, Colorado, this will be the 4th location for Marg's and the first outside of Colorado. With a contemporary design, a full bar stocked with tequila and an intriguing menu, I can't wait to try it out!
Chef Bryan Brutsch reinterprets Latin cuisine, blending traditional Latino flavors with global ingredients and cooking techniques. Some unique taco choices include:
Caprese: seasoned chicken, asiago, mozzarella, tomatoes & fresh basil
Korean Pork: Slow roasted natural pork with pickled cucumbers, scallions, hoisin sauce and sriracha
Belle: Portabello mushrooms, slow blend, Margs Pico, cilantro, drizzled citrus basil & guacamole
Just to name a few and I can't decide what one to try first! So, for a fresh take on Mexican and a new restaurant vibe, try out Margs World Taco Bistro in downtown Truckee this weekend. See you there!
